Our History

NesdaTrak has been assisting health organizations and community support agencies with their client data management since 1996.  The platform evolved to NesdaTrak Online in 2007 and has been the go-to software for organizations across Ontario, including the Alzheimer’s Society, Community Care agencies, and Meals on Wheels.  

Always Evolving

Within the last year alone, NesdaTrak Online had over SIXTY-ONE upgrades to accommodate the ever changing needs of care agencies across the province.  Throughout COVID-19 , several modules were built to assist organizations with contact tracing and modified services to keep up with the constant changes of the pandemic. 

NesdaTrak Online aims to empower care and service providers with an end-to-end management solution so they can offer their clients optimal healthcare experiences and ensure they receive the support services and quality care they deserve.

NesdaTrak Online integrates with Shared Health Integrated Information Portal (SHIIP) to ensure, with permission, the circle of care is informed of services provided.  

NesdaTrak Online also integrates with the  Community Health Assessment application,  DigiCHA, as well as the Nesda Vault.
